Payment Plans: $10 per month ($120 yearly) OR $20 per quarter ($80 yearly) OR $60 per year! Longer plans save you money! The quarterly plan saves you $40 per year and the yearly plan saves you $60 per year! All of our payment plans are manual. This makes sure that you always know when you are being billed. When your chosen time limit is almost up, we will notify you via email with a page that you can visit to renew your membership. You can also log into your protected Writer's area and manage your payment plans that way. One day before expiration, you will be notified by email and reminded to either renew your membership or download any work that you have created. Upon the date of expiration, you will be notified by email again. At this time, you will need to renew your subscription to continue the service. You can renew by logging into your Writer's area. Upon entering, you a form will appear allowing you to renew without losing any saved documents. When this information is written to our servers, it is normalized (broken into smaller pieces) and in many cases encrypted for complete privacy and security. Data Preservation: Databases and programming code for this site are backed up regularly. Our servers are hosted at a powerful data hosting factility and managed by Xfire Web. We use high-end servers, a very stable programming language (Cold Fusion) and Microsoft SQL Server databases. Because of this, our systems are extremely reliable and contain redundancies that protect your data from loss. This is not to say that data loss is impossible. We recommend that you back up your work regularly using the Export buttons provided in the Writer's Area.
